The pendulum swings only so far before making its way back, so in a world where sweatshirts at the office are now a norm, Mr Raf Simons has decided to shift the focus back to tailoring. For SS19, the designer plays with proportion and texture, using unexpected fabrics like sturdy, lustrous wool and silk-blend duchess satin to create voluminous pieces like this coat. It's triple-breasted and oversized, to maintain a bit of the designer's signature irreverence, and lined with a punk-print yellow T-shirt.
