Since taking the helm at Berluti, Mr Kris Van Assche has been breathing new life into the house's codes. A fine example of the new 'reverse patina' technique (lighter round the edges, darker towards the centre), this 'New Wave Ideal' cardholder has been made in Italy from blue and black leather – the contrast is inspired by the '50s and '60s French film movement it's named after. The new sans-serif logo is debossed on the front and inside there's enough slots and pockets for your most-used cards.
